Our Preferred Preparation for Australian Wagyu Skirt Steaks
Wagyu skirt steak does so well in a homemade carne asada marinade. Try finding a recipe that calls for cerveza and fresh lemon juice, among other key ingredients, then fire up the grill and get ready for a ton of juicy wagyu flavour.

How It Ships...
Our Australian wagyu skirt steaks are cut to order in our Toronto butcher shop and then immediately vacuum sealed at their freshest before being shipped directly to your door on our own fleet of refrigerated trucks. We also have in-store pick up available.
